This yearly fee includes, for your entire household: office visits, home visits and virtual visits, with direct access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days of the year.
Office visit by the half-hour
$60
This is for patients who have on-going health concerns, including daily nicotine use, who may not be interested in a family yearly membership, but would like a medical evaluation in the office.
Available from 10am to 2pm.
